# Evaluate an agent's interaction with a person

Use these tasks to inspect an AI agent product or the [Vloora reference demo](index.html). The same observations can be applied to mobile, web, and voice interactions. For each task, mark **pass**, **fail**, or **not applicable**, and record the screen, event, or request that supports the result. An implementation that does not allow a feature to be tested can be marked **not observable** instead of given credit by assumption.

| Task | Observable condition |
| --- | --- |
| Explain a recommendation | A person can identify the reason for the selected option and at least one alternative, when alternatives were considered |
| Disclose influence | The selection record identifies meaningful paid placement or incentives, or says that no such influence was used |
| Identify the recipient | The person can tell which organization would receive the request before approving |
| Inspect information sharing | The person can see the categories of information that leave their account |
| Read the limits | The person can identify which operation and amount are authorized and when permission expires |
| Reject changed requests | Editing a consequential recipient or amount requires a new approval |
| Enforce independent limits | An approval does not override a revoked mandate, expired permission, or exceeded limit |
| Separate attempts and outcomes | A tool call or submitted request is not displayed as provider-confirmed completion |
| Attribute the claim | The person can tell whether the assistant or receiving service issued the status |
| Correct a result | A later dispute remains visible alongside the original reported outcome |
| Keep the history | The person can export a legible transaction record without exporting service credentials |
| Change clients | A usable historical record can remain with the person even if a new client has to obtain fresh authority |

## Five-minute demo exercise

1. Open the kit and select the train example. Before approving, ask someone why it chose the $120 option over the $98 alternative. Record whether the answer is visible.
2. Approve the request, then edit the receiving service. Observe `WRONG_RECIPIENT` and whether the send action becomes unavailable.
3. Reset, approve, and simulate an attempted request. Ask whether the person can tell if a real provider accepted it.
4. Simulate provider acknowledgment. Ask whether the interface implies completion. Simulate completion, dispute it, and export the record.
5. Open the JSON. Identify the agent's proposal, person's approval, client attempt, provider simulation, and dispute without relying on the chat transcript.

## Record feedback

Document the scenario, action attempted, expected behavior, observed behavior, and practical consequence. Include a screenshot or a redacted event record when useful. Prioritize failures involving hidden choice criteria, ambiguous permission, or a success claim that exceeds the evidence.

In a real application, repeat tests with an actual receiving service and trace its authenticated response. The demo cannot establish provider verification or network enforcement.
